After over 30 years of helping FMCG multinationals grow, Pelican Interim Consulting was set up to help others on the same journey. 

It was founded by Peter Hammond who has had a successful career delivering business transformation through growth and recovery strategies globally. 

Peter understands the dynamics of winning with listed corporations, private equity, SME and family owned businesses as he has worked in listed multinationals such as Associated British Foods plc and CSM nv, as well as dynamic businesses such as Refresco, Hearthside and Zobele (now KDC). 

Peter's career has taken him through finance, business development, sales and general management in FMCG enterprises. He has also worked in all major markets in Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Peter has a BA in French & Politics, is CIMA qualified and a Hong Kong CPA. He also studied for an MBA at Henley Management College.
